Invite Members
Growing your club is easy with Regroup’s flexible invitation system.
Invitation Methods
Section titled “Invitation Methods”Email Invitations
Section titled “Email Invitations”Send personalized invitations directly to email addresses:
- Go to Club Settings → Members
- Click “Invite Members”
- Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
- Add a personal message (optional)
- Click “Send Invitations”
Invitees receive an email with a unique link to join your club.
Shareable Link
Section titled “Shareable Link”Generate a public invitation link for social media or messaging apps:
- Go to Club Settings → Members
- Click “Get Invite Link”
- Copy and share the link
Managing Pending Invitations
Section titled “Managing Pending Invitations”View and manage pending invitations:
- Resend: Send a reminder to pending invites
- Revoke: Cancel an invitation before it’s accepted
- View Status: See when invitations were sent and opened
Member Onboarding
Section titled “Member Onboarding”When members join, they may need to:
- Complete their profile (name, photo)
- Pay membership fees (if enabled)
- Join specific groups (if required)
Roles & Permissions
Section titled “Roles & Permissions”Assign roles during or after invitation:

| Member | View content, join rides |
| Organizer | Create rides and routes |
| Admin | Full club management |
| Owner | All permissions + billing |
