Clubs
A Club is the central organizational unit in Regroup. It represents your cycling community and contains all related members, routes, rides, and settings.
What is a Club?
Section titled “What is a Club?”A club in Regroup is more than just a group — it’s a complete management system for your cycling community. Each club has:
- Identity: Name, logo, and description
- Members: People who belong to the club with different roles
- Groups: Sub-divisions for organizing members
- Routes: Saved cycling routes for the club
- Rides: Scheduled events and activities
- Settings: Privacy, membership fees, and configuration
Club Features

Section titled “Multi-Club Support”Users can belong to multiple clubs and switch between them seamlessly. This is useful for:
- Cyclists who ride with different groups
- Organizers who manage multiple communities
- Regional clubs with local chapters
Custom Logo & Themes
Section titled “Custom Logo & Themes”Each club can customize its appearance:
- Logo: Upload a club logo displayed throughout the interface
- Theme: Switch between dark and light modes
Privacy Options
Section titled “Privacy Options”| Privacy Level | Description |

| Public | Anyone can find and request to join |
| Private | Invitation-only membership |
| Hidden | Not discoverable, invite link required |
