Clubs

A Club is the central organizational unit in Regroup. It represents your cycling community and contains all related members, routes, rides, and settings.

A club in Regroup is more than just a group — it’s a complete management system for your cycling community. Each club has:

  • Identity: Name, logo, and description
  • Members: People who belong to the club with different roles
  • Groups: Sub-divisions for organizing members
  • Routes: Saved cycling routes for the club
  • Rides: Scheduled events and activities
  • Settings: Privacy, membership fees, and configuration

Users can belong to multiple clubs and switch between them seamlessly. This is useful for:

  • Cyclists who ride with different groups
  • Organizers who manage multiple communities
  • Regional clubs with local chapters

Each club can customize its appearance:

  • Logo: Upload a club logo displayed throughout the interface
  • Theme: Switch between dark and light modes
